We sell tickets for all Live Nation events held at Irving Plaza, Gramercy Theatre. A $2- $5 box office fee may be applied to each ticket sold at our Box Office.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
When is the Box Office open?
Our Box Office is open from 12-6pm Monday through Friday and during most shows. On Saturdays and Sundays, the Box Office will be open two hours before (and during) events* only.
*This schedule applies to Live Nation events only. The box office may not be open for certain events, such as private rentals.
Additionally, tickets to all Mercury East Presents shows are sold at the Mercury Lounge box office free of service charges every Thursday through Saturday from Noon – 6pm. The Mercury Lounge box office accepts cash only. If tickets do not sell out in advance, tickets are also sold at the door on the night of the show.

Is the Box Office the only way to purchase tickets?
Tickets are also available for purchase online at Live Nation or Ticketmaster or over the phone 1.800.745.3000.
Additionally, tickets for events at Gramercy Theatre / Irving Plaza can be purchased at the Mercury Lounge
box office every Thursday through Saturday from Noon – 6 PM. The Mercury Lounge
box office only accepts credit/debit cards.
Are there assigned seats at Irving Plaza?
Irving Plaza is a General Admission Standing venue unless otherwise noted for a specific show. We have couches throughout the venue if you need to take a break and sit down during the show.
Is there an age restriction at Irving Plaza?
Irving Plaza is an all ages venue. You must be over 21 & present a valid ID to obtain a wristband in order to drink alcohol. If you are under 16 years old, you MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
How can I find out set times?
Set times are available the day of the show by calling the Concert Hotline 212.777.6800 Press Option 1. Keep in mind that all times are subject to change.
Do you have a place to put our coats and bags?
Our Coat Check is available year round. All backpacks must be checked for a fee of $4 into Coat Check.
What is your photo/video policy?
Point and Shoot cameras are allowed into the venue. Flash photography and cameras with a removable lens need a pass obtained through artist management- If you do not have a photo pass we require that your camera is checked for $4 into Coat Check. Audio and video recording are not allowed.
